Egg Hunt

We took the boys to an Easter egg hunt the Saturday before Easter.
Waiting to start.  I bet there were 5,000 eggs on the lawn.

We thought we were being smart by moving down to the end where there were fewer kids.  Notice how the bigger kids are ready to come out of the blocks and ours are swinging their baskets around.  It was like a war charge when they blew the whistle.

Here is one of the 7 eggs that they got (combined).  The bigger kids had pillow cases full.  I don't think it took more than a minute for the greedy turds to scoop up all the eggs on that lawn.

Still looking for a straggling egg that may have been missed.

Keep looking Grif, but there isn't anything left but lacrosse balls
(we mistook several for eggs.  like a mirage in the desert....)

Enjoying the (few) spoils of war.  They got so few that we let them eat it all.
